Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Heppner Group applies the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for all its services, based on the recommendations of the TLF (Transport & Logistique France) association, of which Heppner is a member. These conditions define the general scope of our services.
The fact of entrusting an assignment to a French subsidiary of the Heppner Group implies unreserved acceptance of this document, except in the case of Special Conditions previously validated by all stakeholders.
Code of Business Conduct
The Heppner Group Code of Business Conduct reflects our Values, beliefs and commitment. By choosing Heppner to handle your goods, you are choosing an ethical and anti-corruption partner, and joining a community that extends beyond Heppner Group subsidiaries and employees. This Code of Conduct effectively applies to all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers alike.
Should any of the parties fail to comply with this code, Heppner reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship in order to preserve the ethical values of the company and its partners.
