In 2025, one year after renewing the first Disability agreement, signed in 2022, Heppner reported a significant increase in the employment of people with disabilities: +1 point, bringing the Group closer to its objective of 6% by the end of 2026.

This figure is a reflection of the Group’s collective commitment and the specific actions undertaken daily by its teams:

  • adapting workstations to guarantee comfort and accessibility (specific equipment, ergonomic furniture, hearing aids, etc.);
  • training and raising awareness among our disability advisors, managers and employees, with the goal of embedding an inclusive culture over the long term;
  • enhanced support for employees, particularly with administrative processes related to disability recognition (RQTH), through our partnership with Pidiem;
  • a strong network of more than 25 disability advisors across regions, mobilised to support, listen and take action in the field.

The Group also continues its efforts in recruitment through partnerships with specialised recruitment agencies and several Work Assistance Centres for People with Disabilities (ESAT) in the territories to promote supported employment.
