Training tailored to both company and employee needs
Heppner is fully committed to offering a rich, comprehensive, accessible training portfolio aligned with the needs of the business lines and the company’s ambitions. It is based on listening to employees’ needs and aims to support their professional development so that they can continue to grow alongside the company.
Among the new initiatives introduced in 2025:
An enhanced cybersecurity awareness programme
In response to growing cybersecurity risks, Heppner is strengthening its awareness programme for all employees with the roll-out of a compulsory three-module training course.
At different points during the year, this training is accompanied by sharing best cybersecurity practices in order to further increase awareness and reduce the risks to which we are exposed.
Over the past few years, Heppner has consistently strengthened its cybersecurity strategy in order to improve protection of its information systems, data and digital operations. These efforts were rewarded in 2025 with an excellent CyberVadis score of 884/1000 (+13 points vs. 2024). This result puts Heppner at the highest level of cybersecurity maturity and confirms the robustness of its practices and the commitment of its teams.
Business-specific training for empowered, committed teams
- à Sales Training 2025, fostering sales excellence
For this latest edition of the Sales Trainings, organised by our business units, Heppner has placed particular emphasis on commitment, responsibility and boldness. A way of fostering our employees’ sales excellence across all our territories, while fully embodying the values that unite us.
Opportunities for discussion, experience sharing and training that strengthen our teams’ skills and cohesion.
- à “goFluent Language Academy”, a new module to support the Group’s internationalisation
With the aim of facilitating exchanges between employees from different countries as the Group continues its internationalisation, a new training module has been offered to those of the Group’s employees who wish to develop or improve their proficiency in English.
Following a brief skills assessment, goFluent Language Academy helps employees improve their written and spoken English communication skills and connect with others, both professionally and personally.

Training tomorrow's talent through student traineeships
As part of its commitment to increasing the appeal of the transport and logistics industry, the Heppner Group has implemented a proactive student traineeship policy within the training programme for its future talent. As a result, the number of student trainees working in the company under work-study contracts has consistently increased, from 84 in 2022 to 119 in 2025!
This approach reflects the Group’s family values and the importance placed on knowledge and skill transfer between generations.
Based at the Group’s headquarters and in the regional branches, student trainees receive training in all of the industry’s business lines, working alongside the sales, engineering, HR, IT and CSR teams.
Viewing student traineeships as a veritable gateway to employment, Heppner believes in the potential of its young talent and actively promotes their career paths within its recruitment policy.
I joined as a student trainee in the Vitrolles branch‘s international department. I have found that working at Heppner has been much more than a job: I have found a supportive environment in which trust and responsibility go hand in hand. I have worked on specific projects while building my confidence and skills. It has been a highly rewarding traineeship in a stimulating setting.
Heppner University, a talent incubator
Offering a unique training model, Heppner University seeks to develop our talent’s skills and nurture ambitious, meaningful projects within the company.
A veritable laboratory for experimenting with the Group’s entrepreneurial culture, it has been offering selected employees work, exchange or project design sessions since 2017. Every two years, over a six-month period, “students” from different departments, regions and countries take part in training modules ranging from the Group’s strategic challenges to project management and public speaking skills.
