General Terms and Conditions
As part of its Purchasing Policy (excluding transport and charter services), the Heppner Group applies General Purchasing Conditions to all its purchases of goods, equipment, products and/or services, ensuring the fairness and rigor of our organization.
Carrying out an assignment on behalf of a French subsidiary of the Heppner Group implies unreserved acceptance of this document, except in the case of Special Conditions validated in advance by all the stakeholders.
Code of Business Conduct
The Heppner Group Code of Business Conduct reflects our Values, beliefs and commitment. By choosing Heppner to handle your goods, you are choosing an ethical and anti-corruption partner, and joining a community that extends beyond Heppner Group subsidiaries and employees. This Code of Conduct effectively applies to all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers alike.
Should any of the parties fail to comply with this code, Heppner reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship in order to preserve the ethical values of the company and its partners.
Responsible Purchasing Charter
For several years, the Heppner Group has been structuring a genuine Corporate Social Responsibility approach based on governance at the highest level of the company.
This is at the heart of our strategy. We see it as a key element in creating value for the whole Heppner Group, as well as for all our stakeholders.
This Responsible Purchasing Charter is part of our relationship with our suppliers and subcontractors. It is an integral part of all contracts awarded by the Group, and serves as a frame of reference for the Heppner Group’s Purchasing function.
