Ethics, everyone's business

 As a common foundation and embodiment of the principles that guide its activities, the Business Code of Conduct for business defines the rules that apply to all of the Group’s employees and suppliers and govern our relations with our customers and partners.   

As Heppner grows and expands internationally, its Business Code of Conduct allows it to disseminate its values and ensure that everyone understands and adheres to the principles on which its identity is founded. It also enables the Group to preserve the consistency and unity of its corporate culture.  

In particular, the Business Code of Conduct formalises our firm commitment to combating corruption, fostering financial transparency, preventing conflicts of interest, protecting personal data and abiding by the rules of fair competition. There is zero tolerance for any practice that undermines integrity.  

Distributed to all employees and appended to the Group’s bylaws, it serves as a reference tool for the Group’s day-to-day business. Beyond the rules, it provides a common framework intended to provide guidelines for behaviour and strengthen a responsible, sustainable corporate culture.  

These requirements also apply to our suppliers, thereby guaranteeing that our partners share the same standards of integrity and responsibility. This consistency in practices guarantees security and dependability for our customers, who can count on our reliability in all our business relations.

Speaking up to protect with Ethicorp

Because an ethical culture cannot exist without the ability to speak up freely, the Heppner Group has put in place a whistleblowing system in compliance with the Sapin II law. This system provides a mechanism by which any individual, acting in good faith and without financial reward, can report any conduct or situation that may constitute a violation of law or a breach of the Code of Conduct.  

By using Ethicorp, a fully outsourced, independent, secure reporting platform, Heppner guarantees independence, impartiality, confidentiality and enhanced protection of whistleblowers.  

ISO 37002-certified since 2025, this platform ensures secure handling of alerts while offering simple, intuitive access for whistleblowers. It is fully aligned with a policy of continuous improvement of our whistleblowing management system. The updated version (V2) implemented in 2025 meets increasingly strict protection standards and reflects the Group’s commitment to a system that is both robust and accessible.
