From day one, all our employees, whether they are handlers, operators or managers, are welcomed and integrated through a special induction program. We believe it is key to support each and every one to:
Understand their environment and interactions with clients, partners and colleagues
Discover the processes and tools used
Learn the safety and quality rules
Become familiar with the Company ethics and work environment
Throughout your induction program, your manager and the HR team are available to receive your feedback and answer your questions. Depending on the job, immersive experiences are organized, such as “live my life” with a driver. Meetings with key staff at head office are also part of the program.
