Express Delivery
When transit time is critical, Heppner offers you an express delivery solution within 24 hours across Benelux. This service also enables you to allocate specific delivery time slots outside the usual opening hours.
- Delivery before 8 a.m.
- Delivery in the evening, between 6 and 9 p.m.
Delivery on appointment
Your customers need to organize their working day. They cannot afford to wait for a delivery over an extended time frame. With our scheduled delivery service, they can easily program their deliveries and plan their day ahead. Optional services may also be added:
- Delivery before 10 a.m.
- Delivery before 12 a.m.
- Delivery in the afternoon
You may also combine this service with EXPRESS deliveries. In this case, further timeslots are available: before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m.
Packaging return
Your customers cannot easily dispose their packaging? We carefully take back all packaging up to 5 pallets and ensure it is recylcled in our own dedicated premises. On request, we may also prepare your own shipping by removing the packaging even before the delivery truck leaves our branch.
This optional service may actually become a key asset of you CSR policy as well as an essential part of your customers’ satisfaction.
Same day delivery
Your customers have a last-minute requirement and need their order to be delivered the very same day? No problem. Please contact us and we will immediately assess if this is feasible, based on our availability. When it is the case, we will prioritize your goods and do our upmost to achieve this commitment.
