Tracking your deliveries as if you were on board

Just delivering a physical flow (the goods) is no longer enough. It is therefore also the job of the Heppner Group to deliver information flows.

This is the role of the Heppner Port@il, which can be accessed by all Heppner clients, who can track all their transport operations in detail, from the initial request to the final proof of delivery. Each event is tracked and notified within minutes, for all overland, maritime and air transport operations. Heppner’s clients remain in control of their goods and can anticipate the next steps of their distribution operations.

Proofs of delivery

In some industries, consignee companies need to see the proofs of delivery signed on their docks. Without them, Heppner clients run the risk of not being paid. We understand the importance of this document, whatever the mode of transport used.

That’s why, Heppner drivers and subcontractors are required to have a signed delivery slip for every delivery. No parcels are left at the door. Once the document has been signed, the driver sends the POD (Proof of Delivery) via the communication channel of their choice. It can be sent via SmartPhone®application, secure website, connection with their own information system or upon return to their Heppner agency. The multi-channel options provide greater flexibility to delivery staff, greatly facilitates information feedback and ensures optimal visibility of your delivery documents.

A multi-purpose tool

In addition to tracking your transport activity, the Heppner Port@il offers many more features that can be activated according to user profiles:

  • Temperature tracking
  • Carbon footprint measuring
  • Off-site collection requests (e.g. returns)
  • Quotation requests
  • Feasibility controls (e.g. delivery time map with Star Priority)

Securing your data

Designed and developed by the Heppner teams, the Port@il is connected to our production tools, which maximizes transparency and speed. The system also ensures that your data is protected, especially in relation to GDPR.
